Hi lesleyanne74, welcome to the No1 running forum. Everyone here is here to help in any way we can. These guys are awesome, any advice, anytime you need it, we are a here for you. Follow the program and if you need to repeat a week, just call it a practice week. Then move on, I have a few times. It’s not a race to get to the end but a journey to enjoy as you build up your strength and stamina. You can do this, just enjoy it😊
