If you’re struggling with wk3 why don’t you repeat it again. That’s what I’m planning on doing...no rules saying you have to do this in 9 weeks 🤪

You could repeat week 3, or you could move to week 4 but really slow your running down. I know you probably think you’re running really slowly now, but I suggest you try running even slower than that 😄

Whenever I am struggling I slow down another wee bit. Your stamina will build up, trust in the plan 😮 you will survive this and feel great with your achievements......
