Podcast instead of the app 😭

I know I'm blonde but only realised now that there is a C25K app 🤪 We were introduced to the podcast with my husband! My question is...is it possible to mark down all the runs I've done already on the app? Doing W5R2 later.

Thanks in advance for your help x

Within the app you can click to start each run, then fast forward it to the end. Then click save run. I had to do it once after I’d completed a run in wk2 and closed the app down without saving the run. Do this with each run until you get to your current run. Hope this helps?
