I started week two yesterday, and all went well. The biggest impact for me has been finding the app. As much as Laura is lovely and all that...the music wasn't for me, especially having to listen to the same music three times. Over the weekend I found the app on my phone and really liked the fact that my own music could be playing while I was still listening to the run timings. I like the fact you can choose your coach too...I chose Michael Jordan!
I have to say I think it'll keep me more motivated! If anyone else is finding the music a bit insipid- have a look at the app below
