Red wine is NOT preparation 🤦🏻‍♂️

Morning all, had a nice run today, did my local park run, not as a good as my Pb last week but in all honesty there was a bit of an easter shindig at olderthandirt towers last night and a *serious* attempt to help drain the eu wine lake was made 🤦🏻‍♂️😱

Took it easy but was equally happy with my pace and am feeling good. Hangover aside .

Hope Easter finds you all well. I’m off to try and resist eating my body weight in chocolate eggs. ( it’s not going to go well 😋)

Hi, just to add I have no idea why “eye condition “ and “kidney disease” have appeared at the bottom of my post . I didn’t put them there and don’t know how to remove them. Apologies if any offence to anyone. It wasn’t me ?!?.
