Can’t believe I’ve finished the whole programme and have run for 30 minutes three times already. Today was really hard but then I think back to week 1 when 1 minute was really hard and I’m dead chuffed 😃😃. Just past my 50th birthday but a few days don’t matter - it’s a great way to start the next half century!!!
