I have done 4 Park runs so far 2 of those it was around 2degrees so I ran in long leggings a vest type sport top and a long sleeved running type sweatshirt and was fine . One where it was 10 degrees and only needed tee shirts on top and last week about 5degrees so I had a thin long sleeved top on . But you can always take layers off ! Good luck and enjoy
A smile!

How much walking/running will you do? I’m doing W6R3, which is a 25 min stint, within my ParkRun tomorrow. I’ll wear leggings and a tshirt only as am sweating immediately. Enjoy! I’m addicted to them now!

Light layers you can peel off and tie round your waist? Good luck !! I’m way off that yet, though my daughter keeps suggesting it. I think her definition of running and mine are probably a bit different
