I must have started about the same time as you did (jan 9th for me) - and did week 8 run 1 last night! I'd had a gap of 9 days in my week 7, but managed to continue, so you'll be fine. You won't have lost all that hard-earned fitness yet
General rule of thumb is 2 weeks off and things start to deteriorate in terms of stamina etc, but you should be fine. As ever the mantra is slow and steady, no point in blowing up so close to graduation week.
You will be fine. Week 9 took me almost a month, with more than 2 weeks between run 1 and run 2 due to injury. I took the final 2 runs at a very cautious pace and was fine.
