Hi. Welcome to the forum and welcome to the program. Congratulations on making a start (it’s often agreed that mentally that first run is the hardest!) someone will be along with lots of advice and info to read- please do, it’s invaluable.

Take your rest days, stay hydrated, and keep reading and posting for support. Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

First one is always the hardest, well done you on getting out and trying it. You’re nicely on the way, enjoy your rest day and good luck next time out

Well done, running very slowly and taking enough rest days helps me 😊
