Delighted to be able to post the long dreaded W5R3 is done! Happily munching on some toast now! First 5 minutes were the worst, felt like 10! Focusing on my breathing, posture and the lovely trees I was passing. Very slow but getting used to the feeling rather than praying for it to end! The 3rd five minutes flew by and when dear Laura said 2 minutes to go I started smiling 😊I tell you, the power of this forum, is fabulous, thanks ! I've discovered I prefer 1st thing in the morning, with just a coffee. And a flat route with lots to look at. Treadmill is too boring! Good luck to everyone else!

Well done - that's a big milestone! I'm like you - prefer running first thing (after just a cup of tea, in my case). It makes breakfast seem like a feast! πŸ˜€πŸ‘
