Well done it run 2 wk 5. Felt good apart from now have calf strain so will give bit extra rest before take on run 3! Onward and upward feeling good! 😁

Well done, but note that calf strain.

Is there anything you can do to minimise the risk of it recurring............maybe slowing down?

Before the next run, prepare yourself by standing in front of a mirror and gurning, making the most extreme distorted faces you possibly can. This will prevent your face hurting quite so much when you spend five days grinning inanely.
