W7R1 in the bag -who’d have thought it?

Can’t quite believe I’ve made it this far but here I am having now ran continuously for 25 mins again (as I did on W6R3!). The C25K is brilliant and I have followed it to plan since week 1. I’m not there yet but anyone starting out be assured that if you stick to it and don’t ‘over do’ things then anything is possible. Like me you will suddenly find yourself at week 7 and wonder just how you got that far - keep going we can do this!
