Thanks to all the support and advice sent to my initial post. The first time i tried R2, i ended up shaving 10- 20 seconds off the last three runs because i couldn’t manage it.
Somewhere in the masses of info sent was a link to a video showing slow jogging (i think it was japanese?) so this time i took it at a snail’s pace. Casual observers might have imagined that I was almost stationary, but......it was perfectly manageble this time.
