Finished Week 3 now. Slow progress with me old knees.just taking it easy. I'd graduate last year but for various reasons didn't consolidated/ improve. Looking to do better this year. By graduation I still wasn't hitting 5k, which wasn't a problem as many people advised thatmy did not...however I kept rocking up at parkruns and panicking after about 3 mins and slowing to a walk .So just plodded on walking a lot and running a bit. So I am a slow coach but would just like to see a little improvement... So I want to get a sub50! Just for me. So I have re-commenced C25K just to try and get stronger again and get a wee bit of self confidence back. I just wish I could lose some weight, maybe that would help too. Anyways I'm not posting after every run... Just popping in to say hi from time to time.
C25K ... Still revisiting.: Finished Week 3 now... - Couch to 5K
C25K ... Still revisiting.
Hi MotherPip. Well you've already proved you can do it. Keep focused and don't let things in your control disrupt your goal. Good luck!
Hi... and very well done you... taking it slow and steady You will get to where you want to be, never fear
Just keep running , getting stronger with each and every run, and please keep popping in, we miss you
Hi you! So good to hear from you. You know the drill, slow and steady. It's one of the wonderful things about c25k, once you've done it, it's always there for you (and so are all the lovely peeplings on here). Hope it goes well for you and great to hear from you 😘
Hi MPip, great you are back. I’m slow too but it matters not, just get out there and enjoy 😃🏃🏼♀️
Great seeing your back on Forum again MotherPip
Good luck with your revisited C25K, the advantage being that you have done it before so know what's round the next corner (so to speak!)
