Put your music on then get the app going. Michael will lower the music every time he needs to coach you! Good luck, dig deep and fly slowly
Don’t worry Michael will talk over your music when needed but it’s your music and he doesn’t interrupt too much. He’s been my mentor for the last two weeks and week 3 starts tomorrow. Good luck with your journey. Keep in touch with developments and look after Michael as he looks after you 😀🏃🏼♀️🏅

The first time I’ve used Bluetooth earbuds. I found this ‘broken’ run more difficult than the 20 minutes unbroken one? Why? 😳
No worries, lots of people find that. More experienced runners talk about the “toxic 10“ - the body adapting to giving you enough oxygen to run in a sustained way can take the first 10-ish minutes of the run. Perhaps the stopping and starting in week six interrupts that the process. 😀
