Iโve just got back from my W6R2 too!! Phew - that was tough but itโs another stepping stone completed. Yay!!

It's a bit daunting but much better I found. You just have to treat the warm down walk as your walking break ๐
Just back from w6r3 and it was okay...well, snowy and as cold as heck but I did it!
I just kept telling myself that if I could run for 20 min I could run for 25min. Itโs all in the head not the legs!
Go slow and be positive....You can do it!!
