Hit a bit of a wall this morning and stopped in the middle of my last run. Was thinking about repeating it on Monday before moving on to keep my confidence, not sure if this is the right thing to do??? Help!!

Why did you stop? Did something hurt? Provided you're not in pain then try it again. If it's a mental block then tell the gremlin to p*** off 😏

Don't beat yourself up - it's no big deal. We've all been where you are. Just repeat it and hopefully it will go better next time. Just consider the last one as a warm up preparation run. I think you'll be fine but keep posting as we're here to support you.🐢👣🏃🏿❤️

Every run that I didn't complete I repeated. No big deal, some just take a second go-around. You'll do fine next time.

Just give it another go. Use a different route so you don't get a mental trigger to stop at the same place. You'll be fine next time out.
