I’m tired, really tired... but if I don’t go tonight then I will have to go tomorrow which means I won’t do park run on Saturday (planning on attempting it again for the first time in a year!) part of me thinks ‘just man up and do it’ but the other part says stick your pj’s on and chill!

I often end up running after getting up at 4:30 am and working all day. They’re often difficult runs but it’s nice to see how being tired affects my stamina and pace. It’s a good learning experience and the parkrun will feel easier in comparison!

Only you can decide. Sometimes I'm uber tired but I want it more than I want the couch. Occasionally these have been my best runs...
If you really want the Parkrun... go now. The voice saying pjs is maybe your gremlins playing on lack of confidence for Sat...

If you feel ill or under par.. don't run... if it is just a case of too tired to get off the couch... get out there.. you will feel so much better for it.
PJs are for bed.. not for stopping you running
