Well another week has come and gone. I decided that I would brake the 25 minute run into 5 min segments. Knowing that after 5 mins I would have 20 and so on. The time seemed to drag and at the halfway point it seemed like I had been running for AGES!!!! Never less I ignored my legs telling me to stop and carried on telling myself that there was less time to run now and before long I was into my final 5 mins. I thought that for my final 5 minutes I would put Tina turner on and listen to simply the best π. Boy did that help me. It was like I had that extra bit of energy with the music blasting in my ears. I was finally down to my last 60 secs and could of quite happily killed jo wirley when she said maybe pick up the paste. But I did I knocked the treadmill up to 10 from 8 and made it right to the end. God it was hard but hard is good. I finished the 5 min warm down and had a nice relaxing 10 minute swim to help my legs recover. To be honest Iβm really enjoying the running and canβt wait till Iβm at week 9 which is only 9 runs away π so roll on Wk7
