Many congratulations. Yes,that is odd.π€
Do not know your story.π€
Amazing achievement.πIf you found it too easy , then even more amazing.πππ
Thank you Tbae
Definitely not too easy π©π
It took me three attempts to complete Week 1 Run 1 π.
I have made a promise to myself to keep on keeping on π
So well done your amazing.π
I must read your inspiritational story.
Yes keep on keeping on. Thatβs a gem. Keep Posting also.πππππ₯
Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.Hebrew 12.2 .The inspiring life story of Eric Liddell, the Flying Scotsman. If you want a treat Google The Real Chariots of Fire, Eric Liddell story and Harold Abrahamβs story.
Belief and hard work and in the modern era probably both contributed to keeping the Olympic ideals intact. Truly motivational and inspiritational and very moving stories.ππππ
Congratulations on your final run of the programme - don't forget to request your graduate badge. Feeling a bit 'meh' happens and it's a shame when it happened on your grad run but that's life. I'm sure you'll be feeling the love again after the next run. Best wishes for your next runs.
Congratulations.. and don't let the wet dampen your spirits... Maybe it is because you think this is it, all over ?
Wrong.. the running path carries on..this is just the first breathing point.. and the best b=news is, we will be with you as you carry on...
Go get that badge.. have a glass of whatever floats your boat, we are all cheering for you
This quote seems to suit...
" Some sessions are stars, some sessions are stones... but, in the end, they are all rocks and we build upon them "
Very well done you
Very well done! π There will be other runs which will feel more joyous & this one is still a great achievement regardless of what your emotions are saying. Maybe you are tired or off colour?? - that can make a run feel that way. π
Thank you Elfe- yes, I was tired this evening (I teach!!), and I really really didnβt want to go out. Thought long and hard about postponing, but with the snow the other week, I thought I couldnβt afford to lose any more momentum.
Hereβs hoping my running mojo returns quickly!!
Well done! Bridge to 10k now? π€π
Be proud, you have done something that the majority of the population can not do and you have graduated from C25k. Sure, you haven't suddenly been bestowed with superpowers, but you have laid a solid base to take your running wherever you want in years to come and I have no doubt that running will bring you many fabulous experiences that you could never have without your new found ability.
This post healthunlocked.com/couchto5... was written to help plan your post C25k journey.
You have only just begun..........
... now I have a vision of myself running, pants over my tights, cape rippling in the wind behind me, to the strains of The Carpenters πΆ π©πππ
Thank you for your positivity - I shall channel this ready for my next run. ππ
Aha this is not your final run - it is your final run of the graduation, now you get to use all your skills in the way you want.
The graduation run is a milestone, but just like a university degree, your real life starts afterwards.
If you like your coach, keep making a date with them for a few runs - I found that helped me keep going.
Enjoy that hot bath, have a glass of what you fancy even if it is Bovril.... and bask in the glory of achieving a great goal.
Well done fellow runner...
