W5R1 done at last!

At last, a month after having to stop due to the flu, I have managed the 1st run of week 5. I am SO flipping pleased with myself. On Thursday I tried a 90 second and a 3 minute run just to see if I could with a view to maybe repeating week 4, but today I thought 'what the flip' and did it. I followed it with a lower body stretch and now I'm lying on the floor too tired to move.
