I can only assume that the cult of C25K will require some form of large payment (probably my house) for having managed to get me through W5R3 on the first time of trying.
Slower than a 2 legged sloth (downgraded from the 3 legged W4 sloth) I plodded round and then promptly burst into tears when Laura said I could stop running.
I am proud of me!

The only cost is to you is that you have to live with the nagging realisation that you have wasted such a lot of your life and that you should have done this years ago................ I am sure you will cope with that.
Be cautious with your next run, it catches many out.
I'm with Tim - running has changed my life for the better (which sounds a bit exaggerated - but really isn't) - All those years trying to manage stresses and work life balance when a run after work sorts my head out - never mind the physical benefits.
