Hello Bluebirdrunner, great new name. Bluebird was the name of my first bike when I was little. Happiness was riding my bike. Now I get same feeling running. Do you run with your dog? I have one like yours in the photo. He always wants to go faster than me so I get a double workout with arm strength exercises

Ah, thank you RoRoMama, those first bikes were special weren't they...

My lovely goldie will be fifteen in a couple of months, so not running these days, we did agility together though for a few years which was fun.

I hope you enjoy your runs with your fella, they are strong pullers though! 😆x

See now you don't know this but I have bugger all vices (I'm duller than dull) and Red Bull* is one of them. And I decided to get even more dull and broke my can-a-day habit back in August. I'm all Pavlov's dog now from "given me wings" and twitching for a fix ;P

*Obviously I'm cheap as hell, so we're talking knockoff Red Bull here! ROFL

Hello John, just been reading about your recent 5k that turned into a 7k run! 😊...great stuff.

I've got up to 10k twice now on Ju ju's program and just doing it again now for a 10k on May 4th.
