Four days since I ran, one of those would have been a rest day. W8r3, I was really nervous going out this morning, because of the break, but I did it. First time I struggled with my breathing. Had to calm myself, take deep breathes and get back into the rhythm. Start w9 on Wednesday. Glad to be back into routine.

Well donor doing it, sometimes the rest really helps - others the lack of running seems to make it harder. But you’re back on track the podium is not so far away now
