Done my run tonight after not running for 5 days. It felt absolutely brilliant till the last 3 min run. The pain in my ankles and my knees π« I still managed to carry on and run through the pain.
I suffer with psoriatic arthritis, Iβm not going to leave such a big gap to the next run. I blame the white stuff βοΈ π

My knee has started to hurt this week. Iβve bought a knee support as recommended, and have used it as an excuse to buy new pricey running trainers πππ½

Suffer with a chronic ?acute condition, different and find the same I have to remain active and avoid inactive periods.

As you know you must adhere to at least one repair day after each run.On these rest days you can do many cardio activities including walking. The Active 10, free app , is a terrific programme. Available from same place as C25k?
Also recommended is strength and stretching available here also, links available or in your gym or at home, without equipment.So loads to do if you find that keeps your condition quiet.
