W5R1 today and it was tough to start with but I finished it! Not very speedy and wonder if I will accomplish the 5k in 30 mins in week 9 but the fact that I ran for 15 minutes (& survived!) gives me the determination to carry on and just see what happens π€
I CAN do this ....I think!: W5R1 today and it... - Couch to 5K
I CAN do this ....I think!

Good work! And seriously, very few people finish the programme by running 5k in 30 mins. Thatβs not the aim! The aim is to run a continuous 30 mins - and you will! I graduated in November, and it took me a while to get to 5k. Running is a journey that continues to surprise and delight! Slow and steady my friend. π
Congrats to you! You are doing brilliant! And you know what will happen?...
Well you are going to graduate, thatβs what will happen!ππππ
Keep it up and ...
Happy runningππ

Well done! I just did my W5R1 today after a 5 day break. I did find it quite hard. Iβve never run before so this is all new to me! Slightly unsure about the next run but will trust the programme and believe I CAN do it!
Your name says it all speedy running utterly unimportant in the programme. Continuous running at a steady pace is the winning tactic. Well done and happy running for W5
