Taking a step back

I’ve not been able to run since last Monday and feel like I have lost momentum ☹️. However I went out today because I really wanted to run again. I’ve decided to go back to W6 and pick up again from there. I must say it was good to be out again; - I have missed it!

Hopefully that’s the last of the really bad weather so I should have no more hiccups. Plus the days are getting longer, clocks change soon and is looking good. Stay positive everyone 👍
