Nearly 2 feet of snow where I am and snowed in no way of getting to a gym to a treadmill! Not been able to run since Monday, gutted as only had 2 runs left of week 9π’ do I repeat week 8?

No... carry on, as and when...
Lots of simple exercises to do if housebound, stretch and flex, strength and stamina exercise. yoga work outs, etc, etc.. all to keep you moving
You can plan new routes and maybe try a bit of running retail therapy too..

I thought was the only one that was the suffering with the snow, I went out early on Wednesday morning to do W3 R1 but the windchill was -1, and only managed 15 minutes before the swirling snow and wind beat me. Desperate to get out, was thinking I would have go back and start from week 2, good to hear that may not be the case
