Nearly 2 feet of snow where I am and snowed in no way of getting to a gym to a treadmill! Not been able to run since Monday, gutted as only had 2 runs left of week 9😒 do I repeat week 8?

No... carry on, as and when... :)

Lots of simple exercises to do if housebound, stretch and flex, strength and stamina exercise. yoga work outs, etc, etc.. all to keep you moving :)

You can plan new routes and maybe try a bit of running retail therapy too..

I thought was the only one that was the suffering with the snow, I went out early on Wednesday morning to do W3 R1 but the windchill was -1, and only managed 15 minutes before the swirling snow and wind beat me. Desperate to get out, was thinking I would have go back and start from week 2, good to hear that may not be the case
