Struggled this morning and although i did 6km it was mostly walking & intervals of running throughout so i was a bit disappointed as had a couple of better runs last week. It might be because i am just getting over a heavy head cold & i really had to push myself to go out at all! Was reading another good post about listening to your body & maybe have to slow down a bit as ihave been walking every rest day as well trying to build up my fitness again! Hopefully next run my legs will feel lighter than lead😂! Happy running everyone 😊
