I love doing that. Got an errand to run? Run there the long way, then walk back to cool down. Multi tasking at it's finest. The dentist gets a bit surprised!
Whoβd have thought 6 months ago I would have planned my morning to get a run in, all before walking to hairdressers appointment at 11.00 and after walking my dog at 6.00!
Good for you & i bet your friend so appreciated you being with her! Amazing how the bug hits you, i was out walking yesterday as a rest day & didnβt want to jinx things with an injury but i was so tempted to run as i really wanted too!!! Id never had thought that day would come but being sensible & building up again after a months break but il get there! Happy ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈto you & your friend π
