Well I can’t believe it I’ve just completed week 2 run 3 ... me actually running for 90 secs a time and feeling like I could keep going !! Never heard of but I stop and follow the programme as I feel it is actually working and I don’t wanna hurt myself ... looking at next week feeling nervous but I’m going to give it my all running is better than I thought !! 🏃♂️🏃♀️🙂🙂😎
