So I challenged myself to do a 5K a day this week , well more of an experiment really
So I didn’t beat my PB but something interested did come out of it - I ran the same route but reversed it each day - seems my times are better in one direction than the other.
Just goes to show that mixing things up can give you some interesting results 😀

I decided to run clockwise rather than anticlockwise the other day, partly because everyone coming the other way seemed so confident. I really, really hated it and my time was atrocious. I feel I should try it again in case there's some sort of learning in there but I've no idea what it might be.
For the new runners here, I would like to point out that Ejbirdy has been running for four years, so daily running is fine, but please don't attempt to copy her until you have been running for a year or more.
