The skwaat challenge got me squatting properly for the first time ever, so (although scared) I will be signing up for whatever lies in store. And you could go back and do the squat challenge as well, of course

On none running days I dance, practise yoga, and swim. I also volunteer to walk a dog once or twice a week. Saturday is my rest day.
