Morning...I completed the run but wow, had a bad one today. I don’t know all the correct terms so I’ll just try and describe what happened , I started out and within 30 seconds my legs just weren’t “there”..they were like , weak or something, 10 minutes in i was thinking blimey , got a problem here , I managed to keep going but it was a real grind. Such a contrast from Tuesday where frankly I was a “ bhuoff daddy” ( no I have no idea either but I have young children that listen to what is considered music these days and it’s a phrase I hear 🤦🏻♂️)
Got through it , but I’ve been racking my brain to think if I did anything different in the one day between my runs and the honest answer is no, just really weird .
Hope it doesn’t happen at the weekend when I’m planning my next one

It's all a mystery this running thing. Some runs are great and others are cr**. Sometimes we know why, sometimes we don't. Don't overthink it, you did it and that's all that matters. Well done.
Well done for having such determination when your legs were on strike. Go lovely relaxed and slow for the next one. I find it helps to relax my shoulders- everything else seems to follow! Some runs just go better than others. Make sure you are well hydrated is advice often seen. 😄
There was a survey on here ages ago, in which we were all asked to rate which was the worst week and I am sure W6 was the winner. I think it’s because you seemingly go ‘back' to shorter running intervals. I for one was glad to get W6 out of the way, but I think for some of us the mixing of running and walking is easier than for others.
Either way, rest, hydration and a relaxed approach to your next one will see you in a good place. Well done for keeping going even though it sounded tough
