Well done, nice and slowly does it.
But I think your previous run was only the day before?
Your non-running days after each run are so important as part of your body's training, as the micro tears in your muscles heal stronger. On those days you can (should!) do strength or other training, walking, yoga, swimming..., just as long as it's non-impact.
You don't have to try and fit all three runs into a calendar week - many people did less frequent runs! I ran maybe every three days so my weeks were 9 days.
