I was diagnosed with the dreaded Fibromyalgia 5 years ago and have had it pretty easy symptom wise, that is up until 2 months ago, and since then it’s all gone horribly wrong. I have dreadful pain in my back which radiates does both legs, aches elsewhere and fatigue like I’ve never known......I’m a tough old bird and as a rule don’t let things slow me down; but this has all but wiped me out..seen GP..I have to say the pain is very real (I never appreciated before just how bad this condition could be) on lots of medication and waiting for a referral to a Consultant, would like to know what advice if any in relation to starting running again.......I graduated at the end of last year and have done very little since....(for obvious reasons!) but feel it would do me good to try something.....just not sure what, I’m an outside runner not a treadmill girl....(I get too distracted on a treadmill.....too nosey looking at what everyone else is doing!)
