Its bloomin' cold out there but lovely & crisp & the sun was coming up & it was a good run 😊 i used Runkeeper this time...hopefully i can improve on this in the coming weeks 😊
Lol, it seems really strange, you're coming to the end of C25K and I'm just (re)starting due to being ill between XMas and the end of January.
Well done Claire, keep it up and I really hope it takes your mind off of other things going on in your life.

Well, you.ve done nearly 5k, three runs from the end of the program. Only 10% of people, apparently, graduate doing 5k, and youre almost there. The pace is pretty fast too.
