Off to my first Parkrun!!

Wk8 so running 28mins so I figure if I walk a bit in the middle I can run over the finish line with my head held high!!

Oops didn’t realise how competitive I was!!! Walked the first 5 mins but was itching to run and then actually over took 8 people!!

Did miss my normal 5 mins walk to warm down though. ☹️ what do other people do?

I purposely park a bit away from mine so you have to walk before and after!

Good thinking! The one I went to starts next to the car park but there’s another one near me that is probably a 5 min walk from the car park to start.

By parking on a street nearby I also save £2 on parking!!!!
