Starting over

I did week 8 run 1 in early December, missed 4 or 5 weeks with a chest infection, then strained my back at work. Been off work for 3 weeks now and ready to go back Monday. But I don't want to do any more damage, so think it's best to start back at the beginning. Can't even imagine running for more than 60 seconds at a time just now. So Monday morning will see me start from scratch.

Be careful indeed and make sure you've got nice cushioned trainers for your back. I also suppose you've been doing special stretching and reinforcement exercises for your back. Hope you'll enjoy the runs!

Have done physio exercises for 2 weeks now. Just need to try, I only jarred a muscle, which then went into spasm. Hopefully the running will keep it loose
