Hello C25K community! I've just completed week 1 with Sarah Millican as my coach and I loved it!! I used to run as a teen but thought that ship had sailed. Taking it slow has given me confidence that I can do it! Seeing everyone's posts has made me determined to get to week 9!

Good luck! Well done on quitting smoking too. That is the mother of all willpower tests so building up the running habit will be a breeze by comparison
