I did it! I ran for 20 minutes this morning at -2 degrees and it was quite easy. I would have never imagined I could run for 20 minutes. I did it - an unfit overweight person who hated running all her life. I am unfit no more and I am already addicted to running.
I am proud although I run at a snail's pace but what the heck. I did it.
Sorry, I thought I would never write to say that I had finished a run but I have to do it today.
For all of you who fret about this run: You can do it and it is so much easier than you think. I could have gone on and run for 30 minutes.
