I never in a million years thought I’d enjoy running like I do, obviously I’m not running running, and today starts week 5.

I am finding evening running so much easier than morning running.

I can’t see how I can ever possibly run 5k but I’m keeping with the programme, good luck everyone

Actually you are running running. Some people run marathons and longer using run/walk intervals. You are on a proper running program. At the end of this week you are a distance runner. When people ask you at social gatherings what your hobby/pastime/obsession is you can truthfully answer "Well actually I'm a distance runner". Which is when they''l tell you all the reasons why they don't run, and isn't it bad for the knees, blah, blah.

Brilliant! I totally love it too, it gives me such an incredible buzz, and I’m proud of myself- I’ve never really had that feeling before! I feel a new confidence, it’s great!

Im having to really try hard to stop myself going out every day- each time I want to move on to the next step, but I know it would be over doing it. Never imagined my lazy old self feeling that way about exercise!!

Long may we keep it up!!
