Thought I’d share this. I’ve just finished Vassos Alexander’s book amazon.co.uk/Dont-Stop-Me-N......... very inspiring read, loved it!

He’s best known as a BBC Radio 2 sports presenter. Just thought some of you may be interested 😊

I bought it cheap, used on Amazon after your recommendation. Absolutely loving it. It's the male equivalent of Run Like a Girl.
