Should I repeat Week 5?

Hi all -- I'm new to this community and find it so helpful to read all your posts! Thank you! I just finished W5R3 and it wasn't too bad, but I had to slow .... waaayyyy .... down to finish. I got through without stopping, but it was tough. I'd like thoughts on whether folks think I should repeat W5 again, or push through to W6? Thanks for any thoughts!

Well done.

We normally say if you complete a run then move on to the next one.

Slowing down is fine. If you go slow from the start there may be no need to slow down further.

Are you going slow enough? Can you hold an ungasping conversation? If not you are going too fast.

You nailed it ... I'm going too fast. No way can I hold a conversation without gasping. I think the slow pace is my new pace. Thanks for your feedback.
