I've had a couple of weeks out due to a painful achilles. My last run was a W3R1. Hoping, I can get out tomorrow, I intend to do a W2 run to see how it goes and then start back at W3R2.
I get that this programme is progressive, ie each run "banks" stamina for the next run, etc.
My question...having had two weeks out, won't any banked stamina have diminished ??

I had a week off after completing W3 so getting back to it today and doing W4R1 was pretty good I too was worried I’d lack stamina but I actually felt ok.
I think a week 2 run is a good idea just to test the water. I’m sure you’ll nail that. Then you’ll feel confident enough to carry on where you left off. I do hope your achilles feels better.
I’m having a sneaky day off. I should be doing w5 run 2 today but I don’t like running at weekend because I can’t fit it into my eating pattern. Big Sunday lunch etc.
I feel soooo guilty though!! Should be 8 minutes today. 🙈
So guilty that I’ve just poured a glass of wine so that’s stopped any chance of me going out!
