And I completed 3.84km too. Woo hoo! (Before you comment, yes I know slow and steady - and I definitely did that up the hills - but otherwise I just jogged at a comfortable speed). It feels good to feel like I actually ran rather than shuffle. Did I mention woo hoo?!
