Just finished and OK for cardio. I always have aches in my right hip and it hurts whilst running down to the knee and then to my ankle. Long story but hip always is rolled a bit forward than the other one as broke my back a few years ago( have chiropractor and shiatsu) so leg always a little bit longer. Should i add my orthopaedic insoles to trainers as may help or do other stretches? or gait analysis? I was slow tonight. No pain now back at home xx feel good and don't want to stop! xx

If you are wearing proper running shoes, fitted after a gait analysis then I suspect your problem is a biomechanical one and best sorted by a visit to a physio who can see what is happening when you run. I think a DIY approach to this could end in tears, so get a professional opinion.
Well I will get a gait analysis next and see how i go ...any stretches I can do?

When you have a gait analysis done do tell them your history.
