Most enjoyable session to date did not want it to stop . Run along a lovely river bank and through some woodland rain was strong at times but didn't hinder the enjoyment one bit 💪💪💪

Very well done you... letting the legs find their happy pace, where you feel you could run forever... it sounds to have been a super run!
