Back to the future

Well, today’s the day! Having nearly finished week 8 almost 5 weeks ago, and then hamstring/peri formis/ fluey thing/heavy cold I am getting back in my trainers. Didn’t quite get my graduation Christmas pressie, but am determined to get there this time. After all, I was only practising before 😂. Probably going to restart at week 5 and take it s-l-o-w-l-y but am quite excited! I’ve been enjoying all the posts from those starting out and also those running on through the programme- you’re the inspiration to get back outside and try again! Toodles and trainers on!

Just take it nice and easy, especially after an injury. You don't want it flaring up again.
