I’ve not run since Sunday so squeezed in a 30 minute run after parents evening for my son tonight. It was a little foggy but I got out there and enjoyed the freedom of time on my own. Aiming for another run on Saturday. Hopefully a little more picturesque and in daylight 🙋🏻
